Migrate to Amazon Marketplace Plus

The new Amazon Marketplace Plus module is now available, with active development and continuous improvements.

The previous version (Amazon Marketplace) will remain supported until October 31, 2026, but we recommend migrating to the new module as soon as possible to benefit from the latest features and updates.

You can try the Plus module for free, with full access to support (no Business Care subscription required).

Both versions can be installed and used simultaneously, allowing you to transition at your own pace.

Why move to Amazon Marketplace Plus?

The legacy version now receives bug fixes only and will no longer be maintained after 31 December 2026.

All new features and improvements are developed exclusively for the Plus version, such as:

  • Order import by product ID or EAN
  • Offer synchronisation by product ID
  • Combined price rules (value + percentage)
  • Recommended browse nodes selector tool
  • Listing Status tool to identify Amazon catalog errors
  • Synchronisation to FBA & MFN SKUs of the same product

How to migrate:

Before starting, create a full backup (files + database). In most cases, the configuration from your current module will be automatically synced in the Plus module within one or few hours after installing it. If not, please follow these steps:

  1. Install the latest version of the legacy module.
  2. Install the Amazon Marketplace Plus module.
  3. Activate the subscription and confirm data sharing.
  4. Export your configuration:
    Legacy module → Tools → Export configuration (downloads a configuration file)
  5. Import this configuration file into your Plus module:
    Plus module → Tools → Import configuration

⚠️ Important: once installed, please do not uninstall either module.
At the moment, the legacy module and the Plus module share the same configuration data in the database. Uninstalling one of them could result in losing that configuration (parameters, profiles, countries etc.). For now, disable the module instead of uninstalling it.

What if I already paid for the old module?

You can continue using it until December 2026. If you migrate before that date, you benefit from discounted subscription pricing based on your original purchase date: enjoy a 40% discount for a period of 2 to 24 months, based on your chosen plan and the date of your initial purchase. Please contact our support team to find out the exact details of your discount.

Do I need to uninstall the old module?

No. You can keep both modules installed and migrate safely at your own pace. We currently do not recommend uninstalling either module, simply disable it instead.

Will I lose my configuration?

No. You can export and import your existing module configuration into the Plus version. Just make sure to back-up your site beforehand and do not uninstall either module.

Is support included?

Yes, the Plus version includes support without requiring Business Care, even for the free plan.

How much is the Plus module?

Unlike the old module, the Plus version is not a one-time purchase.

It works with a monthly subscription model, including a free plan, so you can choose the option that best fits your needs.

Is there a free version?

Yes, a free plan is available to test the Amazon Marketplace Plus module.

It includes the same features as the paid plans, the only limitation is the number of orders you can import (see question below).

What are the subscription plans?

The module works with monthly subscription plans based on order volume:

  • Free plan: up to 40 orders total
  • Starter plan (€19/month excl. VAT): up to 100 orders/month
  • Advanced plan (€49/month excl. VAT): up to 500 orders/month
  • Pro plan (€99/month excl. VAT): up to 2000 orders/month

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Is there an annual plan?

No, only monthly subscriptions are available.

When does the billing cycle start?

Your subscription month starts on the day you subscribe.

How do I receive the monthly invoice?

Your monthly invoice is automatically generated and sent by PrestaShop Addons to the email address linked to your account.

If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder or log in to your PrestaShop Addons account to access your invoices directly.

Can I go back to the old module after migrating?

Yes, since both modules can coexist on the same PrestaShop store. However, new features will only be available in the Plus version.

Will the old module stop working after 2026?

It will no longer be maintained after 31 December 2026, so continued use is not recommended.

What happens if I don’t migrate?

The old module will continue working for now, but you will miss all new features and improvements. It will no longer be maintained after 31 December 2026.

Can I request new features?

Yes, but only for the Plus version. We actively collect feedback and feature requests for future updates.
