Colissimo Etiquetage/ SoNice is the most comprehensive solution for printing national and international Colissimo labels directly from your PrestaShop back-office.

Colissimo Etiquetage / Sonice Prestashop module

This module, designed for e-commerce professionals, enables you to offer your customers shipping options to all destinations, generate shipping labels and customs documents, track your packages, and automatically update order statuses. Additionally, it includes a return label management feature.

Easily manage your national and international Colissimo shipments with just a few clicks, all from your PrestaShop back-office. No third-party module required; no file import or export needed.

Save time on label printing by selecting your thermal printer in the settings, and the module will send your labels directly to it.

Support is provided through a professional helpdesk with a tracking system, a specialized team of five people, plus a team manager at your service.

Key Module Capabilities

This module allows you to create national and international shipping labels for your Colissimo orders through a simple and efficient interface and to print them in standard A4 format (PDF) or 10×15 label format (ZPL / ZPL).

The module uses a “Smart Printing” mode, saving time when printing your labels as the target printer is automatically selected.

The module prints all necessary documents for your shipments:

  • Colissimo, Colissimo Access, Colissimo Expert labels
  • CN23 forms
  • Invoices
  • Delivery notes
  • Shipping summaries
  • Deposit slips

Once your labels are created and the orders are ready to ship, scan the barcode on your packages with a handheld scanner to mark them as “Shipped.” This ensures no packages are missing at the end of shipping.

Order status is updated automatically.

A multi-session system allows you to make several shipments per day. Each session results in a shipment. You can create multiple sessions per day or merge them to easily manage your shipments.

To use this module and its services, you must have a professional Coliposte – Colissimo Flexibility contract with the Unified Labeling Web Service option. Obtaining this contract requires a SIRET number.

Front-office

The available delivery options are:

  • Colissimo Home Delivery – without signature
  • Colissimo Home Delivery – with signature
  • Colissimo – PickUp Relay, PickUp Station, or Post Office
  • Colissimo Overseas – without signature
  • Colissimo Overseas – with signature
  • Colissimo International

You can set up your own shipping rates or use the module’s automatic pricing (based on the Colissimo Privilege contract rates). If automatic pricing is enabled, you can also activate volumetric weight calculation for shipments to Overseas territories and international destinations. An Ad-Valorem insurance option is also configurable, based on the total cart value.

For the “Colissimo – PickUp Relay, PickUp Station, or Post Office” delivery option, your customers will be presented with a large map displaying the available pick-up points and their details. No Google Maps API key is required!

Labeling

All destinations are supported by the module. Easily generate and print your labels directly from the module’s tab. The CN23 customs form is also available, along with the Colissimo dispatch slip.

You can print your labels in A4 PDF format or 10x15cm PDF format.

Parcel Tracking

Simply set up a scheduled task, and the module will automatically track your parcels at regular intervals. The status of your orders will be updated to “Delivered” based on Colissimo’s tracking information.

Parcel Returns

When your customers request it, you can generate a return label directly from the order. Your customer will receive an email from Colissimo containing their return label, leaving you to simply process the returned parcel. If needed, you can also generate a new label to send a package back to the customer.

Product Sheet Extension

The module allows you to set a default tariff code for the CN23 customs form. However, if your catalog includes different types of products, a single tariff code for the entire catalog might not be suitable. To address this, the module lets you assign a tariff code per product, which can then be extended to the category, supplier, or the entire store.
