How It Works

1. A Customer Requests a Return

When an order is delivered, the customer may request a product return. Two possible cases: the customer has already created a return request from the front office, or the customer contacts you and asks you to create the return for them.

2. Your Team Opens the Order in PrestaShop

The return tools are available from the detailed order page in the back office. The module adds its interface after the product summary section.

3. You Select the Products to Return

Your team can drag the products the customer wants to return into the return area.

4. You Generate or Print the Label

Once the products are selected, your team can generate the return label or print the return label, depending on what is needed.

5. You Manage the Return Status

The module includes a dropdown menu that allows your team to change the return status.

Important Before You Install

To use the return label generation service, you need a So Colissimo Flexibilité contract with the Unified Labeling Web Service option from ColiPoste. The module configuration requires the identifier and password for this web service.

This module is currently limited to France.
