Skipping closed refunded orders:

The module now automatically skips orders that are in CLOSED order state with the order state reason REFUNDED.

Allow exporting condition types:

When exporting products for creation, the only valid condition was “new”. When exporting products with different conditions such as “used” or “refurbished”, it is now possible to export their conditions by enabling the option “Allow to export with all conditions” in the parameters.
