How to Choose an Amazon Integration App for Shopify in 2026

A Shopify Amazon integration app can affect how you manage products, inventory, prices, Amazon orders and fulfilment.

That makes choosing a connector an operating decision, not just another Shopify installation.

Changing connectors later also needs care. Shopify specifically recommends having only one marketplace connector connected when using Marketplace Connect because overlapping connectors can cause data conflicts. Merchants moving from another connector to Marketplace Connect are instructed to disconnect and uninstall the previous connector first.

That does not mean every migration automatically requires products to be relisted or causes order history to disappear. Those outcomes could not be verified as universal across the five apps compared here, so they should not be treated as part of the buying decision without checking the specific migration path.

The more useful question is:

Which Amazon integration app fits the way your Shopify store actually operates?

This guide compares:

This is a decision framework, not a ranking.

Quick Answer: Compare each app on six things: sync direction, exact Amazon marketplace coverage, FBA and FBM handling, pricing model, order-import behavior and support. The cheapest starting plan is not automatically the best fit or the lowest-cost option once your catalog and order volume grow.

Why the integration app you choose matters?

Amazon integration apps do not all solve the same problem in the same way. Choosing a Shopify Amazon integration app starts with understanding which workflows your store actually needs to connect.

One app may be designed as a broad multichannel marketplace connector. Another may focus more specifically on Amazon.

Their pricing can also scale differently. Marketplace Connect uses an order-related percentage charge after its included allowance. CedCommerce and Salestio use order-based plans. LitCommerce’s starting plan is primarily defined by listings and channels. CS Amazon Sync moves from order-limited entry plans to an Advanced plan with unlimited orders and regions. The pricing model of a Shopify Amazon integration app can therefore become more important as your order volume and marketplace coverage grow.

FBA is another area where a short feature label can hide important differences.

An app might support:

  • FBA fulfilment;
  • FBA-order handling;
  • FBA listing workflows;
  • FBA inventory synchronization;

without supporting all four.

Before comparing prices, check whether each Shopify Amazon integration app supports the specific Amazon workflows your business relies on. Start with the workflow your store needs. Then compare the apps.

What an Amazon integration app actually does

A Shopify Amazon integration app connects selected workflows between Shopify and Amazon.

The important word is selected.

“Amazon sync” does not automatically mean every type of information moves in both directions.

For a broader explanation of the individual workflows, see the Shopify Amazon Sync Guide. The existing guide separates product, inventory, order, pricing and marketplace configuration instead of treating synchronization as a single operation.

Products and offers

Product-related workflows can include:

  • sending Shopify product information to Amazon;
  • matching Shopify products to existing Amazon records;
  • creating new listings where the connector supports it;
  • managing seller-specific offers;
  • updating inventory or prices attached to those offers.

That distinction matters because an app that can update an existing Amazon offer is not automatically capable of creating every type of new Amazon product. When evaluating a Shopify Amazon integration app, check existing-listing and new-listing workflows separately.

Inventory

Inventory synchronization determines what stock quantity is made available through Amazon and which system provides that value.

For seller-fulfilled products, a Shopify inventory location may be the stock source.

FBA is different because the inventory is stored and managed through Amazon fulfilment.

An app can therefore support FBA orders or fulfilment without supporting FBA inventory synchronization back to Shopify. A Shopify Amazon integration app should therefore be checked specifically for the inventory direction your store requires.

Orders

Order integration determines:

  • whether Amazon orders enter Shopify;
  • whether import is automatic or manual;
  • which order types qualify;
  • whether FBA and FBM behave differently;
  • whether an existing product relationship is required;
  • what order information enters Shopify;
  • whether fulfilment or tracking information can return to Amazon.

For example, Marketplace Connect supports orders fulfilled through Shopify/FBM, FBA and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. For each Shopify Amazon integration app, verify which Amazon orders reach Shopify and what happens after they are imported.

Pricing

Price synchronization can send Shopify-based prices to Amazon and may apply rules or modifiers.

That should not automatically be interpreted as competitive repricing. Check whether the Shopify Amazon integration app provides the pricing rules your Amazon workflow actually needs.

Salestio, for example, synchronizes the price defined by the store but explicitly distinguishes that from competitive Amazon repricing.

Fulfilment

The connector can also affect what happens after an Amazon order is placed.

Marketplace Connect currently supports:

  • Fulfillment by Merchant;
  • Fulfillment by Amazon;
  • Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment.

Other connectors handle fulfilment differently, which is why it should be evaluated separately from order import. This makes fulfilment behavior another important Shopify Amazon integration app comparison point.

The 6 criteria that matter

Sync direction

Before comparing apps, decide which system should control each workflow.

WorkflowQuestion to answer
ProductsCan Shopify create or update the Amazon product information you need?
Existing listingsCan existing Amazon listings be connected instead of recreated?
InventoryWhich system supplies the quantity used on Amazon?
OrdersWhich Amazon orders need to enter Shopify?
PricingDoes Shopify control the Amazon offer price?
FulfilmentDoes shipment or tracking information return to Amazon?

Do not treat a generic two-way sync claim as the answer to every row. Instead, confirm the direction of each workflow before selecting a Shopify Amazon integration app.

Amazon marketplaces covered

Check the exact Amazon countries you need. Marketplace coverage should be verified for every Shopify Amazon integration app on your shortlist.

Salestio currently publishes support for 20 Amazon marketplaces across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

CS Amazon Sync currently publishes a specific list of 23 countries:

North America (NA): 4 marketplaces — US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil

Europe (EU): 16 marketplaces — UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa, and India

Far East (FE): 3 marketplaces — Japan, Australia, Singapore

CedCommerce promotes Amazon selling across 22+ covered countries. Marketplace Connect works with Amazon through its supported marketplace connections.

LitCommerce allows merchants to work with Amazon country-specific configurations and multiple Amazon stores, but a complete current count of Amazon country marketplaces could not be verified from the official public material reviewed for this article.

If one country is essential to your business, verify that specific country before installing.

FBA and FBM handling

Do not ask only:

“Does this app support FBA?”

Ask three separate questions:

  1. Can it handle the FBA orders you need?
  2. Can it support the FBA listing workflow you need?
  3. Can it synchronize Amazon FBA inventory with Shopify?

Those are different capabilities. A Shopify Amazon integration app can be suitable for one FBA requirement without supporting another.

Shopify Marketplace Connect

Marketplace Connect supports Amazon FBM, FBA and MCF fulfilment workflows.

CedCommerce Amazon Channel

CedCommerce’s current paid Shopify plans include real-time FBA and FBM order synchronization. Its separate current plan matrix distinguishes this from FBA and FBM listing creation, which is reserved for its Enterprise feature set.

Salestio

Salestio can make FBA orders available to the store when configured, but FBA inventory synchronization is not supported and its Amazon listing export focuses on FBM workflows.

LitCommerce

LitCommerce explicitly states that Amazon FBA inventory synchronization is not supported.

There is also an important current first-party discrepancy around FBA-order import.

LitCommerce’s main Amazon integration page says FBA-order import is not supported, while its April 2026 Amazon Channel Settings documentation says orders containing FBA products can be imported when that option is enabled.

If FBA-order import is essential to your workflow, confirm the current live behavior with LitCommerce before choosing it.

CS Amazon Sync

CS Amazon Sync can synchronize Amazon FBA inventory with Shopify from the Advanced plan upward. Products must first be synchronized, and matching SKUs are required for the documented workflow.

Pricing model

Look beyond the starting monthly price.

Current pricing structures differ substantially:

  • Marketplace Connect: first 50 marketplace-synced orders per month free; 1% fee for additional synced orders, capped at $99/month.
  • CedCommerce: current Shopify App Store plans include Free, $19, $49 and $99 monthly tiers tied to order allowances.
  • Salestio: included orders plus per-extra-order charges.
  • LitCommerce: starts at $29/month with 1,000 listings, 3 channels and unlimited order sync.
  • CS Amazon Sync: Free, $19 Basic, $49 Advanced and $99 Shopify Pro; Advanced currently includes unlimited orders and regions.

The cheapest connector at 20 orders is not necessarily the cheapest connector at 5,000. Calculate the cost of each Shopify Amazon integration app using your expected order volume, listings and connected marketplaces.

Order-import behavior

Do not turn order-import quality into an invented star rating.

Compare behavior you can actually verify or test:

The order workflow of a Shopify Amazon integration app should be tested with the same conditions you expect to use in production.

  • automatic versus manual import;
  • FBA versus FBM;
  • import frequency;
  • SKU or product-link requirements;
  • plan limits;
  • fulfilment and tracking behavior;
  • customer-information limitations;
  • visible reports, logs or failures.

Marketplace Connect includes unlimited manual marketplace-order imports and automatically synchronizes the first 50 marketplace orders per month without an additional Marketplace Connect fee.

Salestio’s current paid plans fetch orders every 30 minutes on Starter, every 15 minutes on Growth and in real time on Scale.

LitCommerce’s current Amazon page states that its imported Amazon orders contain product details but not customer information, and fulfilment completed through the main ecommerce store cannot be pushed back to Amazon through that workflow.

Support

Integration problems can involve more than the app. Support becomes an important Shopify Amazon integration app criterion when Amazon rejects a listing or a synchronization workflow fails.

The issue can come from:

  • Amazon account permissions;
  • product identifiers;
  • listing attributes;
  • inventory configuration;
  • category requirements;
  • the connector itself.

Marketplace Connect provides setup support through Shopify’s in-app chat.

CedCommerce includes Basic Support on its current paid Shopify App Store plans.

Salestio’s Shopify App Store lists Jetlic as the app-support provider.

LitCommerce’s current $29 Shopify plan includes VIP Fast Support.

CS Amazon Sync’s current plans include free support, and Shopify Pro adds VIP onboarding live support. Common Services also describes its support as free human support.

CedCommerce pricing note

The current Shopify App Store visibly lists CedCommerce plans through $99/month for 1,000 orders. CedCommerce’s own current pricing documentation additionally lists a $249/month tier with 2,500 included orders.

Because those figures appear in different first-party sources, the $249 plan should not be presented as though it appears in the current Shopify App Store pricing table.

What the apps cost at 100, 1,000 and 5,000 orders per month

A fair cost comparison needs assumptions because the apps do not all bill according to monthly order count. The real cost of a Shopify Amazon integration app depends on the billing unit used by that provider.

Simulation assumptions

The figures below use:

  • monthly billing;
  • connector fees only;
  • USD pricing;
  • current published plans;
  • no optional managed services or add-ons.

They exclude:

  • Amazon seller fees;
  • referral fees;
  • FBA fees;
  • shipping;
  • advertising;
  • Shopify subscription costs.

For LitCommerce, assume the merchant remains within its current starting plan’s 1,000 listings and 3 channels.

*Provided the listing and connected-channel requirements remain within LitCommerce’s current $29 starting plan.

Shopify Marketplace Connect

Marketplace Connect includes the first 50 marketplace-synced orders per month. Additional synced orders incur a 1% fee, capped at $99/month.

Because the fee is percentage-based, order count alone is insufficient to calculate an exact monthly dollar amount at 100, 1,000 or 5,000 orders.

Adding an exact number would require an unsupported order-value assumption.

CedCommerce Amazon Channel

The current Shopify App Store shows:

  • $19/month — up to 100 orders;
  • $49/month — up to 500 orders;
  • $99/month — up to 1,000 orders.

CedCommerce separately publishes a $249/month plan with 2,500 included orders and limited extra-order capacity. That still does not establish a public plan covering 5,000 monthly orders.

The evidence-safe answer for 5,000 orders is:

Confirm the required plan directly with CedCommerce.

Salestio

Starter currently costs $29/month and includes 100 marketplace orders. Growth costs $79 and includes 500 orders, with $0.08 per extra order. Scale costs $199 and includes 3,000 orders, with $0.04 per extra order.

At 1,000 monthly orders:

$79 + (500 × $0.08) = $119

At 5,000 monthly orders:

$199 + (2,000 × $0.04) = $279

LitCommerce

The current $29 starting plan includes:

  • 1,000 listings;
  • 3 channels;
  • unlimited order sync.

Increasing Amazon orders from 100 to 5,000 therefore does not, by itself, prove that a higher LitCommerce plan is required.

Listings and connected channels can still change the final cost.

CS Amazon Integration & Sync

Basic currently costs $19/month and supports up to 100 orders.

Advanced costs $49/month and includes unlimited orders and regions.

Under that published plan structure, the connector-plan price remains $49 at both 1,000 and 5,000 orders.

Which app fits which seller profile?

Free-first starter

Investigate Marketplace Connect first when minimizing initial connector cost is the main priority and its workflow covers what you need.

Shopify currently includes:

  • connecting and listing products on supported marketplaces;
  • unlimited manual marketplace-order imports;
  • automatic synchronization of the first 50 marketplace orders per month;

without an additional Marketplace Connect fee.

The other entry models work differently.

CS Amazon Sync’s Free plan currently allows up to 50 orders per month with a 2% fee on imported orders.

CedCommerce’s current free tier lists 50 orders per month with a $0.20-per-order structure.

Salestio’s free tier includes 10 marketplace orders for the lifetime of that tier before extra-order charges.

LitCommerce currently offers a seven-day trial on its $29 starting plan.

European Amazon seller

Start with your exact Amazon countries. For a European seller, a Shopify Amazon integration app should first be checked against every Amazon country the business plans to use.

CS Amazon Sync’s current specific list includes major European Amazon marketplaces such as:

  • Germany;
  • Spain;
  • France;
  • UK;
  • Italy;
  • Netherlands.

Salestio’s 20-market list includes those countries and also includes Belgium, Poland and Sweden.

CedCommerce promotes coverage across 22+ Amazon-covered countries.

Marketplace Connect supports Amazon through its available marketplace connections.

LitCommerce supports country-specific Amazon configurations, but the complete current country count could not be reliably verified from its public first-party Amazon material.

If you sell on European marketplaces and want flat, predictable pricing, see what CS Amazon Sync covers.

Confirm that every Amazon country you require appears in its current published list before choosing it.

High-volume seller

At higher order volumes, compare the billing model rather than the lowest advertised monthly price. A Shopify Amazon integration app that looks inexpensive at low volume may follow a very different cost model as the business scales.

Marketplace Connect is percentage-based after the first 50 synced orders but capped at $99/month.

CedCommerce uses order-based tiers.

Salestio combines included orders with overage charges.

LitCommerce includes unlimited order sync on its current starting plan, while listing and channel counts affect plan requirements.

CS Amazon Sync Advanced currently costs $49 with unlimited orders and regions.

For a meaningful high-volume comparison, calculate using your actual:

  • monthly Amazon orders;
  • active listings;
  • Amazon countries;
  • seller accounts;
  • connected marketplace channels;
  • FBA requirements.

FBA-heavy seller

“FBA-heavy” is still too broad to choose an app.

Define the exact FBA workflow first.

If Amazon needs to fulfil Amazon orders

Marketplace Connect supports FBA and MCF alongside FBM.

CedCommerce includes FBA and FBM order synchronization in its current plan matrix.

Salestio can make FBA orders available to the store when configured.

If Amazon FBA inventory must update Shopify

This is a narrower requirement.

CS Amazon Sync can synchronize FBA inventory to Shopify from Advanced upward.

Salestio explicitly does not synchronize FBA inventory.

LitCommerce also states that Amazon FBA inventory synchronization is not supported.

Marketplace Connect supports FBA fulfilment, but that fact should not be converted into an unsupported claim that it provides the same FBA-inventory-to-Shopify workflow documented by CS Amazon Sync.

If FBA orders must appear in Shopify

LitCommerce requires an additional check because its current official sources conflict on this specific point.

Its main Amazon page says FBA-order import is unsupported, while its April 2026 Amazon Channel Settings documentation says orders containing FBA products can be imported when enabled.

If that workflow is essential, confirm its current behavior with LitCommerce before choosing it.

Decision framework for choosing a Shopify Amazon integration app by seller profile

How to test an app before committing

Do not connect the full catalog as your first test.

Use a controlled product group and validate each workflow separately.

  1. Connect the correct Amazon seller account and region.
  2. Choose a small, low-risk group of products.
  3. Test an existing Amazon listing separately from a new-listing workflow.
  4. Change one inventory quantity and check the result in both systems.
  5. Change one price and verify the final Amazon offer.
  6. Test an appropriate FBM order.
  7. If you use FBA, test the exact FBA workflow you require separately.
  8. Review the app’s reports, logs or error messages.
  9. Ask support one genuine configuration question.
  10. Expand only after products, inventory, prices and orders each behave as intended.

The existing Common Services Shopify Amazon guidance uses the same controlled-test principle: test individual workflows and a small product group before expanding the configuration.

A successful inventory update does not prove that listing creation, order import or pricing is configured correctly.

If something fails, use the Shopify Amazon Sync Troubleshooting guide to isolate the affected connection, product, inventory, order or pricing workflow before changing unrelated settings.

Where CS Amazon Sync fits

CS Amazon Integration & Sync is an Amazon-focused Shopify connector rather than a broad all-marketplace hub.

It supports product and offer synchronization, inventory, order and pricing-related workflows and publishes support for 23 Amazon country marketplaces.

An active Amazon Professional Seller account is required for the Common Services Amazon connection workflow.

Where it is a strong fit

CS Amazon Sync is worth shortlisting when:

  • Amazon is the main marketplace integration you need;
  • every required Amazon country is in its current specific marketplace list;
  • you expect more than 100 Amazon orders and prefer the current fixed Advanced-plan pricing;
  • you need multiple Amazon regions;
  • Amazon FBA inventory needs to update Shopify;
  • access to human support matters to your operation.

Advanced currently costs $49/month and includes:

  • unlimited orders and regions;
  • Prime;
  • FBA;
  • MCF;
  • Amazon Business;
  • 0% fee on imported orders;
  • free support.

FBA inventory synchronization to Shopify is available from Advanced upward, with product synchronization and SKU requirements documented. For merchants evaluating an Amazon-focused Shopify Amazon integration app, these requirements should be checked against the store’s existing catalog and fulfilment model.

Who CS Amazon Sync is not for

Another connector may fit better if:

  • you want one app to manage Amazon plus several unrelated marketplaces;
  • an Amazon country you require is outside CS Amazon Sync’s current specific marketplace list;
  • Marketplace Connect’s low-volume economics and multichannel scope already cover your needs;
  • LitCommerce’s listing-and-channel model better matches your multichannel operation and its Amazon limitations do not affect you;
  • your workflow depends on a capability that another connector documents but CS Amazon Sync does not.

The point of the comparison is to create a shortlist, not to declare one universal winner.

If the workflow does fit, review CS Amazon Integration & Sync and use the page’s current Shopify App Store installation route to evaluate the app.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Amazon integration app for Shopify?

There is no single best option for every Shopify merchant.

The right Amazon integration app depends on your marketplace countries, product and inventory direction, FBA or FBM requirements, order workflow, catalog size, pricing model and support needs.

Use those requirements to eliminate unsuitable apps before comparing final pricing.

Which Shopify Amazon app should a low-volume seller consider first?

Marketplace Connect is worth evaluating when minimizing initial connector cost matters because Shopify currently includes the first 50 marketplace-synced orders per month and unlimited manual marketplace-order imports without an additional Marketplace Connect fee.

Its Amazon workflow still needs to match the seller’s actual requirements.

Which app is cheapest at 5,000 Amazon orders per month?

Order count alone cannot produce one universal answer because the apps use different billing models.

Under their current published pricing structures:

– CS Amazon Sync Advanced is $49 with unlimited orders and regions.
– LitCommerce starts at $29 with unlimited order sync but has listing and channel constraints.
– Marketplace Connect applies its percentage-based charge after the first 50 synced orders and caps that charge at $99/month.
– Salestio calculates to $279 at 5,000 monthly orders using the published Scale allowance and overage rate.
– CedCommerce does not publish a fixed public plan covering 5,000 monthly orders in the current pricing sources reviewed here.

Can Shopify sync Amazon FBA inventory?

It depends on the connector.

CS Amazon Sync can synchronize FBA inventory to Shopify from its Advanced plan upward.

Salestio does not synchronize FBA inventory.

LitCommerce also states that Amazon FBA inventory synchronization is not supported.

Do not assume that general FBA fulfilment support automatically means the connector provides FBA-inventory-to-Shopify synchronization.

Can Amazon FBA orders be imported into Shopify?

The answer depends on the connector.

CedCommerce supports FBA and FBM order synchronization.

Salestio can make FBA orders available to the store when configured.

Marketplace Connect supports Amazon orders and FBA fulfilment workflows.

LitCommerce’s official sources currently conflict on FBA-order import, so merchants relying on that workflow should verify its current behavior directly before selecting the app.

Can I use two Amazon integration apps at the same time?

Avoid overlapping marketplace connectors that can write to the same marketplace data.

Shopify specifically recommends having only one marketplace connector connected when using Marketplace Connect to avoid data conflicts.

Is a Shopify Amazon plugin the same as a Shopify Amazon app?

“Shopify Amazon plugin” is a common search phrase, but Shopify distributes these marketplace integrations as apps through the Shopify App Store.

Which Shopify Amazon integration covers European marketplaces?

Check your exact countries rather than relying on a broad claim such as Europe supported.

Salestio currently publishes 20 Amazon marketplaces, including multiple European countries.

CS Amazon Sync publishes 23 specific Amazon countries, including Germany, Spain, France, the UK, Italy and the Netherlands.

CedCommerce promotes coverage across 22+ Amazon-covered countries.

Marketplace Connect uses Amazon through its supported marketplace connections.

LitCommerce supports country-specific Amazon configurations, but a complete current Amazon-country count could not be reliably verified for this comparison.

Choose by workflow before choosing by price

The right Shopify Amazon integration app should match the way your business actually needs to operate.

Before installing one, define:

  • the exact Amazon countries you need;
  • which system controls products;
  • which system controls inventory;
  • which system controls pricing;
  • whether you use FBM, FBA or both;
  • whether FBA inventory needs to return to Shopify;
  • your monthly Amazon order volume;
  • your active listing count;
  • any other marketplaces you need;
  • the support level your team expects.

Then test the strongest candidates with a controlled product group.

For the broader Shopify–Amazon workflow, read the Shopify Amazon Sync Guide.

If CS Amazon Sync matches your Amazon countries and operating model, review CS Amazon Integration & Sync before installing.
