Products > Export now includes a “Map images” screen that lets shops choose exactly which photos Spartoo receives for each product color. Every size of the same color uses the same selected photos, with the first image used as the main photo. The screen displays every product photo and shows a badge on the product list indicating how many colors already have images mapped. Products without a color option do not show the button. If no images are mapped, Spartoo continues to receive the default Shopify photos.

Products > Export now limits image selection to 8 photos per color because Spartoo rejects the entire product when more than 8 photos are submitted for one color. A “Select first 8” shortcut has also been added. Previously, the product was rejected during submission and the report attributed the issue to the export rather than the image selection.

Settings > Scheduler now includes two buttons for launching the product feed and order feed immediately instead of waiting for the next automatic run. Each button enters a 20-minute cooldown after use and displays the remaining time to prevent feeds from being triggered repeatedly by accident.

Settings > General now includes an English or French interface language option. The app also chooses an initial language automatically based on the shop’s main Shopify language, so a French shop opens in French without requiring manual configuration.

Settings > Countries now includes Spartoo’s Swiss platforms: Suisse, Schweiz, and Svizzera, with their corresponding flags, labels, and languages. Swiss products are exported in French, German, or Italian depending on the selected platform, and orders are retrieved from the correct Spartoo address. These platforms previously appeared under African country names because of how their codes are interpreted outside Spartoo.

The Settings > Countries list is now retrieved directly from Spartoo instead of being maintained manually, keeping the available countries aligned with the marketplaces Spartoo currently supports.

Products in the perfume category can now be exported even when they do not have a color or size. Because Spartoo requires both fields, perfume products are sent with the default color “Autres” and the single size “Unique” instead of being rejected.

Full catalogue exports no longer stop before completion without sending the products. The export now reads the catalogue in fewer, larger passes and has sufficient time to finish. On a 984-product catalogue, processing improved from approximately 160 seconds and 328 requests to around 14 seconds and 10 requests.

Rules > Exclusions now evaluates exclusion conditions correctly, preventing products from being excluded when they should be sent or sent when they should be excluded. A rule with no conditions no longer matches the entire catalogue and instead matches nothing.

Rules > Categories no longer loses the gender when a category rule is reopened or incorrectly keeps the previous gender after the category changes. Gender is now validated against the values Spartoo accepts before the rule is saved. The rule window closes only after a successful save, and a clear message confirms whether the operation succeeded.

An incomplete category rule no longer stops the evaluation of the rules that follow it, allowing products matching later rules to be exported correctly.

---

Products whose matching category rule is incomplete or invalid are no longer exported to Spartoo. The report now identifies the reason directly instead of allowing the product to be rejected by the marketplace.

The Spartoo “selection” field has been removed from Rules > Categories because Spartoo no longer publishes these selections. Previously, the dropdown could remain empty while older saved values could interfere with bag and shoe exports. Existing stale values are now ignored.

Products sent to additional countries now include their description and display color, preventing Spartoo from rejecting products because these values are missing.

---

Products sold in multiple countries now use the color name in each country’s language based on Spartoo’s own color list instead of sending the same French or English color name to every country.

---

Multi-country feeds no longer send the photos of the first color for every color of the product.

---

Settings > Countries now loads correctly after fixing an error that prevented the country options from being read.

---

Shops no longer lose their Shopify connection and require reinstallation when access expires. The app now renews Shopify access automatically, while temporary Shopify outages and rate limits are treated as retryable conditions instead of reasons to disconnect the shop.

The loading spinner animation no longer stutters while a page is loading.

The Rules “Filters” tab has been renamed to “Exclusions”, and its behavior now matches that meaning. A product matching a rule is excluded while products that do not match are exported. Existing rules remain unchanged, but shops that previously configured rules expecting filter behavior should review them because their effect is now reversed. New rules no longer start with “collection = *”, and empty conditions are removed when saving so they cannot unintentionally exclude the entire feed.

Export warnings and errors are now translated with the rest of the interface and provide more specific reasons, including no category rule configured, no rule matching the product, a category rule missing its category or gender, missing size mapping, unknown Spartoo color, or a product being out of stock. Products with incomplete color or size mappings can now still be exported with a warning instead of being silently dropped.

Products > Export now collapses long variant lists and descriptions behind a “Show more” toggle, preventing products with many sizes from pushing the following products several screens down.

Settings > Countries has been redesigned as a tile grid showing each country’s flag and name, improving readability when displaying long country names and larger country lists.

Removing a shop now runs in the background instead of holding up the request and removes all data associated with the shop, including tables that were previously missed.

---

Known harmless Shopify responses, such as a product that no longer exists, no longer generate Slack alerts, reducing false alarms in internal monitoring.

---

The Spartoo reference file containing categories, colors, and platforms has been refreshed several times so the categories and colors available in the app remain aligned with what Spartoo currently accepts.

New shoe categories have been introduced, including the ability to specify shoe style (e.g., whether sandals or boots are flat or heeled). The Marketplace now also supports selling tennis, padel, and badminton rackets.

The customers_housenumber information has been added to the shipping and billing address for orders in Germany and the Netherlands.

Discounts can now be applied to offers, allowing more flexible pricing strategies.

For products without size or color options, the default collection set is available on Spartoo.

The Crisp chat widget has been added.
You can now chat directly with the support.

The UI for the Help tab has been changed to be more user-friendly, and the app’s website has been added.

The “meta_title” and “meta_description” are now used for missing title and description.
