Common-Services was created with the aim to develop solutions for e-commerce. With a mission to provide eCommerce solutions to the online SME market. The aim is to minimize the challenges faced by eCommerce merchants.
Established in 2010 by founder Olivier Baquet, passionate about networks and telecoms. Olivier, created Common-Services for the sole purpose of developing tools for the e-commerce industry.
In 2010 Common-Services launched our first e-commerce solution. This was launched on the number one European eCommerce platform, Prestashop. Since then we have continued to build Marketplace and Logistics solutions.
Brand exposure and Logistics are the two main challenges that we aim to solve. We constantly anticipate the challenges and opportunities that is faced by eCommerce industry on a daily basis.
When it comes to addressing eCommerce brand exposure challenges, Common-Services has develops marketplace connectors. With these connectors merchants are easily able to connect to various Marketplaces. This helps merchants grow their brand and easily manage their business, due to functionalities such as catalogue and stock synchronisation . Our portfolio of Marketplace Connectors include marketplaces such as Amazon, Spartoo, Mirakl, Cdiscount, Rakuten, Fnac and many more!
Common-Services also helps to alleviate the extensive logistical challenges faced by eCommerce. We develop solutions that simplifies, this usually complex issue. Making it easier for merchants to better manage their shipping costs, and thereby increasing profits. Our Logistics solutions span across PrestaShop, Shopify and WooCommerce. We have built solutions for Colissimo, DPD France and many more!
In 2013, Common-Services became one of the major developers operating on the Prestashop platform. The company then obtained Prestashop certification and continued to develop assiduously. We are on track to do the same for Shopify and WooCommerce.
With the success of developing applications and modules for other platforms as well as recognising a need in the market, Common-Services then developed its very first in-house cloud multi-marketplace solution, Feed.biz.
Feed.Biz is a Software as a Service (SAAS) cloud solution that automatically connects e-commerce retailers to the marketplaces through its open API. The software acts as an intermediary to allow e-commerce businesses to automatically link their accounts to an online marketplace. Furthermore, the API provides support to allow users to connect to multiple marketplaces from one hub.
